Urgent help: Canada travel this Friday; Visa not arrived yet

Hi There,

We needed some guidance on what has to be done here.

We applied Canada visa for my mom who is visiting us from india. We have applied for the visa from US and have mailed the passport. Our travel dates to Toronto is this Friday and we still havent received the stamped VISa and the passport.

The tracking number suggests passport still hasnt left the visa processing center in LA.

What do we do in this case? there is no help line number or email to send too.
