Salary wages for NOC 2173 for Ontario, Canada

1) Is there any salary (wages) difference for software engineer, software architect & technical architect under NOC 2173 for Ontario, Canada?
2) Does US VIsa job tile/duties should be same for Canada Visa and vice versa ?

Have the same question, but I think it’s too specific to ask it here. I guess I’d better find a specialist in this field to answer this question.
