I have lived in different cities of Pakistan since my 18th Birthday, so do I need to get Police Clearance Certificate from all the cities. Secondly, I've lived in US for 4 years for educational purposes so do I need to get Police Clearance Certificate from US as well. If yes, then how to I get the US Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistan.

Chrono yyou will have to get a police certificate of character from the USA. The other option is to get an FBI certificate of character of your time within the USA. Please be aware that the FBI certificate is a very thorough investigation because it will get all the information on you from whichever state you have lived in and they will check all 50 states so it is much much more thorough than a simple police certificate.
The process for the FBI investigation is fairly long a s the first step in the process is to write to the FBI and request a pair of fingerprint cards. When you receive these empty cards you must take them to a local police agency where you live and have your fingerprints taken on them. You then send the two cards back to the FBI center and they will initiate the investigation and within 4 months they will send you the result of the investigation. The cost is $18 US .
