Need help in applying for immigration to canada

Dear all,

I am married and having three kids. I am basically engineering graduate and working currently in USA for the past three years. My wife did her master degree and bieng as housewife in USA.

I was brwosing this forum and the canadian immigration website. Immigrant for skilled category; i see federal skilled, quebec skilled and soon. Can ay one guide which one i have choose to apply for Canadian PR. Also i see from September 06, new rule they are posting for the process of the application.

What are the forms to be filed in?

We dont have any relatives or friends in Canada. If some guide us properly which one to choose and how long it will take to get it.
