I need your advice regarding my Canadian Immigration , as part of the process I need to land in Canada before end of this year . Currently I am working in USA with Company A who is currently holding my H1B visa . I have also applied for G.C through Company B based on future based employment . My visa stamping in my passport was already expired . Can I use advanced pay role to come back to USA without going for visa revalidation in Canada ? if I use advanced pay role shall I have to shift to EAD ?
