how long should sponsor stay in canada?

Hello dear friends, my wife want to sponsor me and i know she should
stay in canada during process of my application.

I want to know that how long she should stay in canada? does when
CPC-Mississauga approved her she could comeback and stay with me?
and does when she is leaving the canada, the date and time register?
