Hello Experts and fellow questioners,
I have applied for my parent's immigration Under family class in July2004. According to CIC site, now applications of June 2004 are being processed. SO in two-three months time, the first step of the process: my application should be processed.
Once my application is approved, the package should be going to the specific visa office. In my case it will be Singapore. I heard it takes a lot of time in Singapore as well. Can I apply in some other place like Buffalo?
