Just started!! looks like a maze ??!!

Just hit this forum thru search . Wow .. Iam landed in the right place.
I have a total point of 79 .I just started with the entire process for applying to Skilled independent for PR..Shd i go for agent to save time and avoid troubles ???If so does anyone know any reliable agent in bangalore, india
I read in cic that time frame for the entire process can extend to 60 mnths . With my present score is it good enough to make it by a year ???!!!

Just waiting for ur valuable comments .

P.s:iam based in bangalore if anyone is in the same cross road as iam .. can contact me .. May be working together solves lot of misinterpreted process ...!!

Hi there Chilli! i guess you have noted from the Canadian site that although it is anticipated to take 60 months for your country, that certain percentages get through the process even faster...that is ceratin percentages get through in certain periods of time and so forth. This may be in your favor and the only way i see this as functioning correctly is by "luck of the draw". By this I mean that certain applications simply are selected at the correct time through the correct representative and through a selective channel, something that is not available to 100% of the applications. I ahev met people in this country who have goptten through the process in 3 and 6 months although the stipulated wait period is 36 months. Best to you and I assume that you are a young person so in any event the wait will be well worth the while a s with your point standing I feel sertain that you will be a selected immigrant. Hang in there buddy!

Just wanted to say that hiring an attorney will NOT speed up the process for you. Pus these attorneys will collect their whole fee by the time you have ur file number i.e. at the first step and u have to go through the long journey all alone.

Its better you apply ur own. All the help is available at www.cic.gc.ca plus there are a lot message boards like this one where people can help you in case you have any difficulty.
