i need someone to answer from experience..
(immi from inside in canada)

how long does it usually take to get mail from immigration once it says "decision made" on their web site?

and also when you took a pic for a PR card and filled in whatever forms, how long does it take to get the card?

when u check online case status and it is decision made means either reject or permited to canada immigration, if u are permitted then soonest u received passport request letter with one form. and same time u have to provide 3 photgraph, - passport stamping time u have to provide photograph

when i enter to canada as a PR status agter 4 to 6 week u received your PR card at your given address by canada post service. u dont need to give photo for PR card, they have allready,
