how to change from single entry to multiple entry

My Mom is visiting me in the United states from India and has a single entry visa into Canada valid upto July 7th, she needs to change this into a multiple entry visa as she may be required to visit more than once due to a family emergency. How can this be changed from single entry to Multiple entry, she hasnt entered canada yet.
