Marks cards from India in a sealed envelope?

Hi,
My sister is in Canada and wants to apply for PR. My parents are getting her the police clearences. But, I believe the original marks card from the university she studied should be posted to canadian immigration in a sealed envolope straight from the university. Is that the way or is there any other easier way to handle this. Kindly help . My parents are 70 + and it is not a very pleasent experience for them running around.

It is internationally recognized that transcripts of any educational institution, be delivered to the authority needing such, in a sealed envelope and most often such envelopes are actually ink sealed. The requirement for the transcript to be directly sent to the needing authority is quite flexible as the envelope may be mailed to the person concerned and as long as the envelope remains sealed, it may be carried to the interviewing agency at the appropriate time, and handed in personally. I wish your sister a successful journey in her immigrational pursuits to Canada.
