  • Seniors, please help

    Hello Dear All,

I got my file number in Nov 2005 for the skilled worker category. I am applying from New Delhi. i know that it takes ages for this visa post to issue the visas coz of the HUGE visa applications. i was very much happy with my job here and life was going normal. now i got an H1 B visa for USA. i am very happy. i need an advice from the seniors here or anyone who has knowledge.

    1. Would it be wise for me to shift my file to USA or should i let it continue here itself?? will my processing time increase or decrease??

2.wat things can i expect if i want to change my visa post to the new one??

    3. wat is the procedure to chnage the visa post to buffalo, NY???

    Seniors please help.....

Better leave it as it is !!

Good to hear that you got H1B visa.It is better to get CAIPS notes first because It is already 2 year passed since you apply. Then by knowing exactly what was the status of your application from CAIPS then you can decide whether it needs to transfer to Buffelo or not.

Dont wait , get the CAIPS immidiately to know your applicaiton status and proceed furthur

      thanks

        Hi
If u are already in US
You should withdraw your application from India, and file new application from NY this will be faster. NY you get finalized in 12 to 18 months. Everything is so fast and easy. India is 60 t0o 70 months.

Exactly why people go to the US first, and then apply to Canada when they get there. I dont think it should be allowed to work this way
