Regarding Temporary Work Permit in Canada

Hi,

I am currently living in USA on H4 visa and considering an option of working in Canada on a temporary work permit (not PR). It will be really helpful if someone can answer my following concerns:
1) What are the constraints involved in getting a temporary work permit in Canada?
2) I have a valid H4 to live in USA for 3 more years since my husband is working in US on H1b, after working in Canada for sometime say I want to come back to USA, is there going to be any problem involved in such a situation?

Any valuable inputs will be very helpful.

Hello,
you may not work on H-4 visa in the U.S. The principal H visa holder has to support you.
On H-4 visa, you may:
• Enter into the U.S. along with your spouse or join him/her later
• Not have to maintain a foreign residence
• Travel in and out of the U.S. or remain in the U.S. continuously as long as you are in the status
• Study in any U.S. university
you may apply for extension of stay on H-4 visa. H4 extension may be granted as long as the principal H visa holder maintains status.
