I hav a query if the person is working in canada for abt 6 months in a skilled category but the visa says the unskilled category will the experience later on count as the skilled one for the same organisation. Can such experience be shown to the immigration authorities.

IF not what should be done now or can the person apply for other work permit in skilled category while sitting in canada on a unskilled category visa.

u have a dicey situation.. the bottomline is ur experience (the job in which u are right now) should be on the NOC list and relative to your educational qualification. i dont hve idea about skilled or unskilled.
