  • Returned My Application

    Sir/Madam,

I have been living USA without having any Status since long. I would like to apply in Canada, I have assessed myself and got enough points to apply, I have clean police report, IELTS result, and have enough funds. I have applied the regular skilled worker immigration process but they retured my application because of unlawfully admitted in US.
At my present situation, I need your advice, how could I process my application? if there is an option please let me know in details.

    Thanks

    Navid

Note : I have applied in 2003 as a skilled worker and have been asked to submit medical report also but I have withdrawn my application due to some personal problems. That time they never asked me any status or lawfully admission documents.

      Returned My Application

When I have applied 1st time they never asked me about the lawful entry documents, so their law has been changed right ? if I stay in US and submit my application to Singapore because I am a Bangladeshi citizen and Singapore office process Bangladeshi applications, will it work ?

        go back

Sam! As Moiz said, the only way to get your application entertained is to go back to your country of citizenship and apply from there. Your other alternative is to adjust your status in the US and become a legally employed person or get married to a citizen. As the Canadian website indicates, a person can;t apply for residency froma country within which that person is not legally entitled to be in. Good luck my friend and if I were you I would just marry an American citizen and go from there as to what you wnat to do with the remainder of your life.
