hi to all,
just want to update on my case, i've sent my appeal for the refusal of my PR application but then the IO in HK still denied my appeal, IO said whenever decision has been made, cannot be re-opened again however IO indicated that I can launch another application in case of any changes on my status.
luckily, i got an employer, they sent me and arrange all my travel to Ontario, Canada for personal interview and last week i got the job confirmation and job offer. now they will proceed with my working visa, i guess.
just need some info, my wife & children will be joining me together during my relocation and my new employer will include them on my visa application. i have some concern about my family and i'm also searching for some answers maybe you could help me with this:
1.) can my wife also work in Canada ?
2.) can my children go to school and also get the same benefits from the Canadian government like the monthly child allowance?
