Immigration process time

Hi,
I have applied for Canadian PR through WWICS,Bangalore in June'04.When I check the CIC website, the message says my papers are in process and they have started my process from Sept'04.Initially the agent said that it would take 2 years time for the process to get completed and then I can fly to Canada.But it is going to be close to 3 yrs and there is no intimation as what is the status.Let me know as to how long does the process time take.Thanks.

BTraj! As far a s I ahev seen people from India take a period of about six years before their case is scrutinized and finalized. hence I think that you may have to wait a bit longer. I bet with your high level of education you will have no problem so just hang on in there until your time comes.

from new delhi it is literally impossible to get PR in 2 or 3 years. 5 years is the order of the day. i also applied thru WWICS lets wait n see wen the CHC calls us. hang in ur boots.
