  • Do I have chance?

My representive had given me once again the latest follow-up regarding the my ielts. According to their notice, that the high commision is giving a 60days to submit the last documents starting 11 june 07. If I could not present the required document, refusal may result to my application.
I am too worried. Because I may not reach on time. I am thinking, is there any cases that the commision will schedule an applicant for interview eventhough the ielts result is not submitted to them and will look for the document at time they call for interview?
I hope someone could give me answer..

    decision made

    Hi mheanne,

I am almost in the same situation, last may i received a letter from the canadian embassy giving me an assessment of each requirement. The point is that i was not granted for points regarding my french prociency, therefore they asked me for the TEF. They just gave me 90 days to present this information, otherwise i would be refused. I sent them the TEF results and being "scientifically cold" there is just one point missing to complete the 67 points required. On August 20 was the deadline and I checked my file on ECAS. I was surprised because the status changed form "In process" to "Decision made". My biggest concern is that I have not been requested for medical examination and what I have seen in other forums is that typically "Decision made" status change once CIC receives the medical exams.
I am waiting for a letter to read the final decision. Could you imagine my anxiety of not knowing the result?

Hope someone how has expierence this can help me.

    Regards!!!

      Hi Clau,
I could hardly image how you feel at this time. Actually I didnt got the required score yet for my IELTS, so far the alotted deadline was already overdue. I called my representative that I didnt make it but still they asked me to take once more. In your case you submit the TEF at once though you lock of one more point, I suppose to do the same what you did, but I was advice not to do that or else the result may be refuse. I am praying we can make it, because we waited for years to have a positive result to grant the application we applied for. We should never loose hope..
