Economic Class to Family

Hi,

I applied for Canadian Immigration in 2004 under Skilled worker category. I got married in 2006 and we had a baby same year(baby born in USA).

Now I got letter from Canadian Immigration to update my information, They sent IMM0008 form to me

my doubt is
In form IMM0008,

Do I need to specify Family Class or Economic class for Category under which I am applying (while filling application)

Is this application just for my Wife & Baby? or just a fresh application (including me as a principal applicant)??

do I need pay fee's for my baby as well along with my wife?

Please clarify my doubts ASAP.
