    Respected Members
To be fair enough, I got a visit visa to Canada and I am planning to be there soon and will never come back, I have strong reasons to do so. The reason varies between Discrimination, Humiliation and or threat
    ITS TRUE STORY
    My question is that:

Shall I and my family apply for refugee status upon the arrival to the port of entry in Canada?
    Or
    To apply within Canada
Which is better to apply for refugee or humanitarian and compassionate status
Please don’t tell me not to come because I have already decided

    Legal advice will be appreciated

    Hello,
you should apply for the refugee status before your arrival, otherwise you'll get into trouble.
Refugees, according to the United States Department of State, are persons of special humanitarian concern who can establish persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
the president sets the quantity of refugees each year, who may enter the US under this status.
