I got a visit visa to Canada and I am planning to be there soon and will never come back to the middle east, I have strong reasons to do so. The reason varies between Discrimination, Humiliation and or threat
ITS TRUE STORY
My question is that:

Shall I and my family apply for refugee status upon the arrival to the port of entry in Canada?
Or
To apply within Canada
Which is better to apply for refugee or humanitarian and compassionate status
Please don’t tell me not to come because I have already decided

I think you should arrive as a visitor and then seek legal advice and assistance from an attorney who will file your asylum documentation on your behalf, thus enabling the best and most important information to be presented and so forth. Good luck and best wishes!

Sometimes you will meet some very strange people in this and other forums, who will try to hurt you. People of this type must have other personal problems that they choose to take out on others so never feel abused or inferior. Instead, ignore such people and deal with others who are more positive. I have found that in the immigrational search you will encounter many people of this negative type, but never lose your fate and direction. Always proceed and remember that their life condition is not in question, but your own life condition is in question and as such, others who try to hurt you should not be of importance.
