Can I travell to Canada

Please help
I applied for PR on Skilled worker from NY.
Interview waived.
Medical is done on June 6 2007.
I am not sure I am approved or not. It might take some time, but I would like to travel to Toronto as it is unavoidable. Is it ok for me to travel or should I wait till I get my PR.
Please help.

No I did not get any approval letter.
They send me letter requesting W2 form Employment letter lending fees and medical. Online status shows In process Medical received.
They received everything what they requested.
