Am I still a Canadian Citizen?

I was born in Canada. When I was 17, I took out US Citizenship. My question is, am I still a Canadian Citizen, or do I have to go through Canadian Immigration to resume my Canadian Citizenship?

I am so saddened that after you posted this note so long ago, that no one has responded. Many posts in this group seem to go unheeded and after people get the info they need they do not seem to return to help others which is a very sad thing.
As far as your problem goes , if you are resident in the US it appears to me that you may have dual citizenship. I wish I could say something more definitive but I only know about the pains of the skilled worker category. I recommend that you try other forums and possibly a free lawyer consultation.
