Please go to the formal Canadian website for any information on the immigrational scenario as this is the only manner that you will be able to obtain credible and truthful information. I have not been to the specific Alberta website but I would think that if an agent can get a visa for an individual, this would be an easy and cheap manner for anyone to enter canada and as such. most visa applicants will prefer to use this manner as they would all get their visas and bypass the normal procedure of having to go to an interview in which an immigrational authority has the right to refuse a visa based on any of a number of pre-requisites. please go to the relevant websites and verify all data there.
