Can I apply for CANADA PR/GreenCard

Hi All,
I recently joined this fourm.
I did Masters in US university.Currently, I am working for an IT firm.
Now I want to apply for Canada PR.
Can anyone tell me, whether I am eligible to apply for PR and the procedure for application.

The Canadian government website has clear instructions and qualifications and how to evaluate the points. Did you go through that? It depends on lot of factors.
