I have sent passport for canadian vistor visa to buffallo consulate via express mail. The documents have reached consulate on 23rd may. Return express envelope is also sent. I have not yet heard back anything yet. Can anyone share exp how long does it take to receive pp back from buffalo consulate. Is there any number of consulate to reach out for inquiries.

It takes 2-3 weeks. Be patient. It has hardly been 10 days.
