Urgent-Need Help getting Police Clearence Certificate

Hi everyone,
I'm on H1B visa in US, I need to get the FBI police clearence certificate.
I'm in Florida- How do I go about getting the fingerprints and the form.
Please help me out ...

The fingerprint card is available online on the FBI website along with the instructions.

Your local police station may also carry the FBI finget print cards and take your prints for a nominal fee.

Thanks for the response.
I checked with the local police station over here and they don't have the FBI finger print forms.
Where do I get it from?
Should I just write a letter to the FBI requesting blank forms? Stating they are going to be used for immigration purposes?
Do i need to send them a prepaid envelope so that they can mail me the forms?
PLease let me know.
