I'm preparing to apply for a canadian PR.. am in the US on a F-1 visa as a Masters student. As of today, i have completed 17 years of education, but i still have a year to get my official masters degree.. Can i claim to have a masters degree for the 25 points?? If not, i fall short of 67 by 3 points...
