L1B Restamping

Hello All,

I need second opinion and some re-confirmation from someone as I am attending the interview tomorrow. My L1B got extended and I am in canada for restamping.

I landed as immigrant on saturday and I have my US visa stamping on nov-24. Nothing was planned initially and hence the situation.

Would there be any problem with VO on monday as I just landed and going to US? What should be my answer if the VO asks this question?

My husband stays here in canada while I finish my project in US and come back.

Please help.

Not an issue you need to be worried about. If you don't have a US degree, VO can always redirect to home country. You should be prepared for that.
