H1-B visa extension or revalidation

Hi All!

Greetings..! Iam in USA since 2000 and I got my H1-B expired.I filed for extension and now it is approved.

Can u tell me where or how to get the visa stamped ie which place like Mexico or canada or India or St. Louis?
Which is faster , guarenteed ( heard that consulates in India can even reject visas ) etc etc

HI there i am in similar situation as you were in 2003, Can you tell me is it possible to get my visa stamped in usa.. and if yes can you give me the detail
information as where should i go and how long does it take..as much as possible i would not like to get my visa stamped in India.

revalidate my 8th year visa

Iam on a H1B visa in the USA. The visa in my passport was expired on May-31-2005 and I got my first extension till May-2006(7th year) which I didn’t revalidate in my passport as I was not planning to go out of USA. Now I am trying to revalidate my 8th year extension which is till May-2007. Can you please advice me whether I may have a problem re-validating it in Canada? I am planning to go to Canada...somebody pls help me....

Hi, it almost felt like I had written this I am also on my 8th year H1B extension. My GC was applied for in Jun 2004 and has still not cleared Labor. The visa stamped on my passport expired in mid-2005. Since I did not need to go outside the US, the 7th year extn is not stamped on my passport. However, now I have the 8th year extension and am plannig an overseas vacation.
Is it possible to go to any country overseas (like in Europe or Australia) and get the extension stamped on the passport? I know Canada and Mexico are on the list but I am trying to see if I can club my vacation and stamping trip into one.
Any help or input is appreciated.
