Hi ,
On the CIC website they've given very specific exceptions to Skilled workers on the IT field (by exempting from the LMO).
However, I'm not sure of a good employer to work for in Canada. I understand one doesn't need an employer to do the PR but having a job offer at hand will give those extra 10 points. With a 12 + 4 full time education (with the 4 years being for a Bachelor University degree in Computer Engineering) and more than 6 years of experience, my Points were above the 67 that was required for a pass.
For starters, I want to know a bunch of employers that people/immigrants/PRs in Canada generally have high respect for. If you have any specific employer info that you're personally acquainted with - please let me know. I do not require website that lists down a bunch of employers in Canada (I do use Google - so you can save that effort). I'm looking for employers with whom members of this site are acquainted with.
