Hello Friends,
I have recently changed my employers. I am on H1-B working in USA for last 2 yrs. My H1-B transfer through my new employer has not yet been approved, but I need to call my parents because of some emergencies. Can I still call my parents by sending following documents.
1.Old H1-B by my past employer.
2. Letter from my new employer stating that they have applied for H1-B transfer along with notorized copy of my H1-B transfer receipt by INS.
3. Bank statement
4. Affadavit declaring I am so and so.
5. Last years tax returns papers.
----
Is it ok if I do not send my new employers H1-B but a letter stating that they have applied for H1-B tranfer.
Pls guide me in this any help will be immensely appreciated.
