I understand that Canadian PR applications processed in Malaysia would take around 24-36 months for processing.

In the Skilled Workers PR application you are awarded 10 points if we have "Arranged Employment" (an HRSDC approved).

How many employers are really willing to give you a job offer and then wait
24-36 months?

hi,
its hard to say how many employer waiting for it,

but if any employer accept that then you will got 10 point for arrange employment. might be some company in canada wait for employee, otherwise canadian immigration not mention that point for PR application,

not all but that does not meand its not possile, it is possible, is depend on employer

if you find like that then you will sure get 10 point for that.
