Question on Skilled Worker application at London

I'm a H1B visa holder in USa. I'm in my 6th year so leaving USa is hard as i would have to revalidate (and i'm only getting 1yr h1 extentions).

I filled my Canadian PR skilled worker application to London (I'm UK citizen) 2yrs ago.
I got response asking for my documents now before feb16th 2009.
Should I send my docs to London where my original file is and will they be able to schedule my Interview at BUFFULO, USA which is where I prefer now becuase of my US H1B issues?

I dont want to leave country because then i would have to revalidate H1 and i could lose my usa job.

if possible do any one from following

1. contact Canadian embassy in UK by email or post mail and inform about your current address and request for interview can take in US.

2. Contact canadian embassy by Post mail and change your Address and give them your new address (US address).

3. if you are not able to do above any one option from above then
you have to go to london for your interview , so be prepare to go to UK for your PR interview
