My brother got his Canadian PR in May 2004. However, he went back to India in August 2004 because of my father's health condition. He came back to Canada in September 2006, but went back again because of my father's poor health condition. My father died in September 2007.
My mother has also immigrated to USA, now my brother wants to come back to Canada. His PR card is valid till June 2009. Will the Canadian immigration allow him to enter Canada if he lands in March 2009.
Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated !!
