Can I list two possible jobs in my application?

Hi

My friend plans to apply for Canada on its immigration program. He worked as a Purchasing Manager for many years in my country, He also recently finished a caregiving course complete with all credentials but with no job experience yet.

Now this is my Q: Can he put both possible profesion on his application or just use his Purchasing Manager job coz it is in this field he got experience? But it is also easier to get a job on a caregiver field.
Any ideas?
