Federal or Quebec?

I am new here and thinking of applying for Canadian PR. After going through their website this question came to my mind? Which is better Federal or Quebec? What are the advantages or disadvantages?

Federal and Quebec immigration process is different, first you can check your idea, whaer u want to settal, and then apply for it,

for quebec u need French language, and follow some quebecois rules, for federal u need to follo federal application rules,

point system also different, so better u can check which point system u can apply with ur education, qualification and exp. etc....

as i think u just looking way to enter canada either quebec or federal way, but make sure which is suitable for u first then apply for it.
