Visit Canada with DUI Case pending

Hi all,

I have a DUI case pending and am currently waiting for the final ARD hearing date from court.
I have a valid Canada Visa till 2011 and need to visit Canada in May 2nd week.
My ARD Hearing is expected to be in July-August.
Will I be able to enter Canada and come back?
I had travelled to India when my case was pending and stamped my US visa and got back to US(in another post I had detailed the experiences :-)) and in the port of entry i had one secondary inspection but I was thru.
Im only worried if Canada will allow me to enter although I had the visa approved before this DUI incident happened...
Please let me know your thoughts.
