My fiance and I are traveling to Canada for 6 months to spend time with relatives. We are aware that as UK Citizens we do not need a visa for this amount of time. The problem is we booked flights out on 11th May 2010 until the 11th Nov 2010. This means we actually over stay our 6 months by a couple of hours while waiting for our flight.
Are we going to have to get visa's?or rebook our flights, meaning we lose our money? We have tried calling the Canadian Embassy but we keep getting automated information systems which are of no help. If anyone could advise us what we can do we would be extremely thankful!!!!
