Hello All,
My H1b visa has expired and I am considering changing job. I need to go to Canada on regular basis to take care of some business, and currently I have been using the AVR rule to travel back and forth by land. My question is if I switch job and have my H1b transferred, will I still be able to use the AVR rule to travel, without applying for a new visa?
My I94 will not expire until next year. When I transfer my H1b, I am assuming I will get a new i797 together with new I94(with same expiration date)? Will I be able to travel to Canada using the AVR with that?
