My parents , in the US on a tourist visa, need a canadian visa urgently . They have their Biometrics Approval dated 14-June but are yet to receive the passport request letter. Would a trip to the Canadian consulate in Los Angeles help ? The website says that visa inquiries in-person are not entertained.
