My parents have B2 visitor visa that is valid for 5 years. They have been In and out the US multiple times. This time they asked for 6 months and they were given an I-94 form with 6months to stay.
I need them to stay longer than 6 months. I was thinking about passing the border of mexico and re-enter the country so I can get them a new I-94 form and gain another 3 months stay .
I read in other forums that they didn't need to pass the border and they just extended their I-94 form by visiting the
