I am on F1 student visa in USA pursuing Master's degree ( Computer N/w security) and would like to know if I am eligible for immigration to Canada.
I know cic site but the education thing is confusing particularly it mentions " and " in many sections, maybe its just me.
Should I file now so that by the time I graduate I have immigration.?
