Finger print FBI no. who will fill

Hi all,

I need to submit police clearance certificate for that i need to obtain finger print. I have a doubt in the finger print form who will fill the FBI no, OCR no. How to get the numbers. Some of my friends said if i go to police depart they will fill that. Please let me know if anyone has obtained finger print forms.

Just google fingerprinting services in your area if you are in the US. Generally they are state sponsored agencies. They have the forms on which all the details will be completed by them. Once you get your fingerprints, all you have to do is mail them to fbi with the fees. Hope this helps.
