Visitor visa for Mexico

Hello,

I need to apply for visitor visa for Mexico (my US visa is expired).

1) The following website page of Mexico Consulate states that the photo size for visa is 32 mm x 26 mm

2) The following website page of Mexico Consulate states that the photo size for visa is 1.5 x 1.3/4 inches

5) I went to CVS photos and Walgreens photos, they said that the photo size for Mexico visa is 35 cm x 25 cm. They don't even print photos in size of 32 mm x 26 mm or 1.5 x 1.3/4 inches mentioned on Mexico consulate website

I am confused what is the appropriate the photo size required for the tourist visa for Mexico. Your suggestions would be very helpful.
