I posted my and my family's passports to the VFS global office at New York and it got delivered on 6th Nov. I haven't received the tracking number yet.
On contacting the customer care, they filed a ticket and escalated to the main office on 15th Nov and it's been 5 days now, i am following up two times every day but they have a standard answer everytime i.e. "There is no response from the main office, we need to wait".
When i asked atleast you should first check whether package is atleast received or not, They checked the USPS delivery receipt(i sent to them) and confirmed that it is delivery. What the heck is that... I can also check the USPS tracking number, main question is the acknowledgement from VFS side.
VFS global is highly non-professional and don't have proper or strong communication channel to handle such cases.
Anyone faced such issue, please share your experience and suggest the way forward.
