Help Required for Canadian Visa Stamping

Hi All,

I am on an H1Visa and applied for Canadian immigration 2years back for (Myself+Spouse+Son).

My son is an U.S Citizen and now he is in India with his Grant Parents.

Canadian immigration Authorities have granted me Permant Residency and asked me to send passports for (Myself+Spouse+Son) through mail to issue Visa.

As my son is in India can I get his Passport from India through Mail to U.S.A or Relatives coming to U.S.A???? to send it to Canadian Counsulate in Seattle,USA.

I need all of your suggestions in this regard ???
