Staying in USA on F1, approved H1b, first time travelling to Canada for stamping

Dear All,

I have couple of questions and am confused how to approach this:-

I am studying and under my internship I have been approved for my H1b visa. I have booked for my H1b Visa stamping in Toronto. I have never traveled to Canada, and I have to apply for Canadian Visitor Visa. My H1b visa stamping is on 14th Feb 2020.

1. Under visitor visa what should I state the reason of my visit to Canada?
2.How long will it take to get my Canadian visitor visa?
3. How many days does it take for my passport to be returned once I finish my H1b visa interview?
4. What are the scenario if I get and RFE (221g)? How long will this take if I provide all the requested additional proof?
5. What are the things I need to be prepared before I travel?

Please reply at the soonest so i have enough time in hand to prepare myself.
