Is telecom Eng valid to apply under skilled immig

Greetings!!

i am new to the forum. i am telecom eng with 6 yrs experience working in Saudi these days. Am I eligible for Skilled imm catagory.
I have gone through the Skilled imm list and found best match 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers . However i am not sure.


Pls your advice in this regard.
