H1 in US - do i need Canada Visa? Help

I have a valid H1 and my wife and son H4 and daughter US citizen. We are planning to visit Canada. Do we need Canada Tourist Visa to get into canada? If yes, how do we apply for it? Does my daughter who is a US citizen also need a canada visa?

My mom who is here in US with her B1 will also be coming with us - what about her regarding the canada visa?
